The Apartments each have one secure parking space. High-speed lifts connect the car parks to the apartments. A security card activates the lifts to your level, the leisure centre and gardens on level 5 and to the secure car parking.
The building manager supplies the security cards for which he requires an $A50 bond. This is refunded at the end of the rental period when the cards are returned to reception.
The Leisure Centre, which is for the use of residents and their guests has: a covered heated outdoor swimming pool, gardens and sunbathing terraces, jacuzzi and sauna. A well-equipped gym, games room with a full size billiard table and an aviary, complete the spacious complex.
Guests have access to security parking while visiting residents. An intercom in the apartment allows guests to make contact from the entrance area to enable residents to allow guests access to their floor.
